Behind the Scenes of Recruitment at NITA Consulting….

Recruitment might look simple from the outside, but there’s a lot that happens before the right candidate walks into your office.
Finding top talent takes more than just advertising a role. It requires a clear process, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of both the job market and the client’s needs.
At Nita Consulting, we guide the process every step of the way….

1. Posting the Job – We create and share adverts that attract the right talent.
2. Screening & Shortlisting – We carefully review CVs to find strong matches.
3. First Interviews – We meet candidates to check skills, experience, and fit.
4. Reshortlisting – Only the best move forward.
5. Second interviews – We arrange sequel interviews, tests, or psychological assessments for the candidates
6- Recruiter’s Assessment- We give a recommendation on the best 3 candidates to the client
6- Client’s final selection- The client selects the best candidate for the role after a proper screening

Every great hire starts with the right process, and that’s where we come in. At NITA Consulting, we don’t just fill positions; we connect businesses and organizations with people who can truly make a difference. Because when the right talent meets the right opportunity, everyone wins.

Your cv should tell a “story” about you, an interesting “story” that says what you have done and what you can do!

Your CV content should be unique to you as it is also YOUR BRAND!  Yes, it is. If it wasn’t important, it will not be requested during the selection process. Many people have lost out because their CV did not represent them well as the selection process starts with CV screening hence. A lot of people with great skills have lost out because their CVs didn’t tell an interesting story about them.

“Your cv should tell a “story” about you, an interesting “story” that says what you have done and what you can do ”OMO EDADAGBON
